Well SBS is bracing for possibly the biggest month or two of sport in its history (save the madness that is the World Cup) – thanks to The Ashes and a perennial SBS favourite – the Tour de France.
‘Le Tour’ is underway and a ragtag bag of dedicated people are about to turn their lives inside out and cover this magnificent gruelling event over 3300 kilometres. And I’m just talking about the poor producers who will be glued to their TV sets and laptops in order to deliver analysis, highlights and other content to the masses hungry for updates the moment they wake up.
